We employ a variety of teachers and para-professionals specialized in helping all students progress toward their goals. During each school year we run several cycles of analyzing data and student performance as a team to determine who might benefit from extra support. Students receive small group or individualized instruction in reading, math, developing their English and/or specific social skills. Students might work in these groups within their classrooms or be pulled to work with a different teacher. Families receive information regarding student progress during these intervention cycles and at conference time.
